A legal disclaimer

The explanations and information provided in this Terms and Conditions document are general and high-level explanations of the legal relationship between A Solar Group and our website visitors and customers. You should not rely on this document as legal advice or recommendations regarding what you should actually do, because we cannot know in advance what specific terms you wish to establish between your business and your customers and visitors. We recommend that you seek legal advice to help you understand and assist in the creation of your own Terms and Conditions.

Terms & Conditions – The Basics

These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by A Solar Group, the owner of the website www.asolargroup.com.au. The T&C set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of website visitors, or our customers, while they visit or engage with this website. The T&C are meant to establish the legal relationship between the site visitors and A Solar Group as the website owner.

These T&C have been defined according to the specific needs and nature of A Solar Group’s services. As a website offering solar energy solutions, including installation, finance options, and maintenance services, these T&C address the unique aspects of our operations, which differ from websites solely providing information (like a blog or landing page).

General Terms

By accessing or using the website www.asolargroup.com.au, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this website. A Solar Group reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these T&C at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Payment Conditions

Payments for services, including solar panel installations and finance plans, must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon terms outlined in your contract with A Solar Group. Payment methods accepted include bank transfers, credit cards, and other methods specified at the time of purchase. Late payments may incur additional fees or interest as outlined in the finance agreement. A Solar Group reserves the right to suspend or cancel services in the event of non-payment.

Warranties

A Solar Group provides warranties on solar panel installations and equipment as specified in individual customer contracts. Typically, solar panels come with a manufacturer’s warranty of 10-25 years, and installation workmanship is warranted for 5 years, subject to proper use and maintenance. Warranties are void if the equipment is misused, improperly maintained, or damaged due to external factors such as natural disasters.
